Dottie'e update

Dottie and her people (as she lovingly refers to them) have not moved into their new home, but they're getting closer! They went to settlement Friday afternoon and signed the necessary papers, but were not given the keys to get into the house. That won't happen until everyone is satisfied that the proper funds have transferred. The keys should be handed over on Monday, June 18th. In the meantime, they had to be out of their current rental house by midnight today with no where to go! Dottie's dear friend Angie Jimenez opened up her home to the Liptrap family! Unfortunately Kaylie is very sick (it's coming out both ends), and Dottie certainly does not want to spread that germ to the Jimenez family! Rick, Dottie, Kodi and Kaylie will be staying tonight at the Days Inn. Lindsay and Lexie are taking Angie up on her offer and will be bunking with Angie and her family for the night. Rick leaves Sunday morning before dawn for the next NASCAR race. Dottie will have all four children with her at Days Inn Sunday night. Dottie and the kids will then be moving themselves Monday morning. Well, at least that's the plan for now! I know Dottie is feeling extreme stress, but can also feel the blessings! Members from her ward have helped pack up their belongings into a UHaul truck ready to be unloaded Monday morning. Angie has been a big help, offering her home and providing meals. Even through the hardest times, if we look close enough we can see the hand of our loving Father in Heaven guiding and directing us and providing the necessary blessing to keep us going. Continue to keep Dottie and her people in your prayers, and I'll continue passing on the updates as I get them until her computer is up and running once again.

You give me too much credit! :) I do for Dottie what I know she'd do for me. Thanks for taking care of her updates. I know how much she appreciates you!
