I have never liked playing Monopoly. I find the game to be very long and boring. My children, however, feel differently. Monopoly has been the game of choice this summer, and their favorite place to play is the floor of Kaden's room.
We have many other games to choose from. Why they want to play Monopoly is beyond me, but if they continue to choose it, then they can continue to count me out!

I'm not sure how it's possible, but here is Kenzie and Ashton ENJOYING a game of Monopoly.

Funny Gwenda. Every mom has a game that she just dreads hearing her child say, "Mommy will you play .....?" My dreaded game is Mousetrap. I despise that game. It never stays together & is so annoying!
I agree with you both! Rick is some sort of Monopoly Nazzi, he buys up everything and leaves no one a chance. Mousetrap, how in the world can you play it, every time you get it out a piece goes missing. It only takes one lost piece and that game can go straight to the trash!
I LOVE Monopoly...esp. when it goes on into the wee hours of the morning....
