Just as I thought, Kassie came home Wednesday afternoon sick like the the other six. By Thursday morning Ashton was feeling well enough to go to school, but the others stayed home. That night Brother and Sister Reid stopped in with a large pot of soup, fruit salad and cupcakes! What a blessing to not have to cook the next day! Friday lunch was already made! Lucky for me, the kids loved it so much they ate it for supper too!
I'm not sure what Kenzie enjoyed more, eating her soup, or finding her name among the vegetables! (She had to use a sideways Z for the N in her name, in case you're wondering.)
Of course, the best part for Kaden was the dessert!
