One last campfire

The boys made one last campfire Sunday afternoon. Greg had this nifty contraption to hold the sausages! We gotta get ourselves one of these!

While the boys made lunch, the girls played cards in the air conditioned camper.

On our way out of Lake Glory Campground we had to stop and get rid of what we dumped! (Pun intended!)


This beautiful scenery was directly across from the dump station! LOL!

Unexpected guests

Two beautiful moths attached themselves to the side of our awning while camping at Pinchot. We hated to disturb them, but by Sunday afternoon the awning had to come down, and so did they.

What's camping without S'mores?

"The Streak"

"They call him the Streak! Looka dat, looka dat! Fastest thing on two feet!"After removing his swim trunks, Bryson decided he needed his cup from out by the campfire. His suit was too hard to put back on because of it being wet, so he decided to just use it as cover and make a run for it!

What does a toad taste like?

Ashton, being the critter lover that she is, caught more than one toad this weekend while at Pinchot State Park.
I have to say, it is rather cute!

Ashton asked Kaden if he wanted to kiss the toad. He did more than that! He put about 1/4 inch of it in his mouth! YUCK!
