Christmas Day 2009

Ashton never asked Santa for anything, so Santa just had to hope he was getting her the right things.The brown vest and her very own tent were a big hit!
Brady got what he thought he wouldn't get... an air soft gun.

Bryson and Avery both received an MP3 player and a remote control helicopter. They both asked Santa for things Santa couldn't bring. Santa was hoping these gifts would be just as good, and they were!

Kaden and his new bike! (New Spiderman boots too!)

Kassie got the large set of Knifty Knitters, new shoes and a spin brush!

Kenzie only asked for two things... new blankets and peanut butter fudge. The talking bird was an added surprise.

I received my main gift early... the Willow Tree Nativity. I had also bought myself two new Wii games, Family Feud and The Price is Right, and had Dale wrap them for me and put them under the tree. I wanted something to open Christmas day!

Getting ready for Christmas 2009

One day while the kids were at school Kaden and I made gingerbread boys and girls.
The kids then decorated them as they wished.

Here's Brady's... globs of icing and a handful of chocolate chips!

We were blessed this year with a white Christmas!

Kassie's friend asked for fudge for Christmas, and since she is a big fan of horses, Kassie made the fudge in a horse cake pan!

Kaden got to visit Santa twice this year. Once at our church Christmas party and another time on the square of Hanover.

When Santa asked Kaden what he wanted for Christmas he started explaining how his bike is broken. After the explanation of the broken bike Kaden clammed up and never actually asked Santa for a bike!
